Growing up in Curacao, it was common for me to see dogs that had nowhere to live but the streets. These dogs were often really sick and in need of help. I've always wanted to do something to help them. I am thankful to have educated myself on how I can help homeless pets and give them their best chance of finding a family where they will be safe and loved.  

I want to be able to show everyone that shelter dogs aren’t “bad” dogs and all they need is a chance. There are thousands of pets of all different breeds and ages in shelters waiting to be adopted. It's so sad that healthy pets have be put down only because too many people keep buying pets and shelters run out of space for the animals in their care. 

The Ozzie Albies foundation will promote and facilitate the adoption of shelter pets, support shelters and rescues in their efforts, encourage spay & neuter for all pets, and rescue animals all over the world that are in need. We want to make a difference one precious life at a time.
